Whether it is helping you find the perfect land or plot, assisting you through the entire planning process, or simply delivering you a design you already have commissioned, HAAST will be there to see you through from conception to completion.
HOW WE DELIVER THIS
We work to our 3 tier system consisting of Development, Management and Construction (inc. post-construction), all of which are of equal importance and are essential to the success of your build.
DEVELOPMENT
HAAST welcomes the opportunity to sit down with you to discuss your ideas in length, on a no cost, no obligation premise. From here and throughout the pre-build stage, HAAST can provide you with the relevant contacts you need to move forward with your proposed project as well as identifying a project timescale and an estimated cost of works calculated using a combination of quotes received and knowledge from previous experience.
Once architect drawings are approved and a schedule of works are in place, HAAST will present you with a detailed cost management document, inclusive of build cost to fit out cost, for your perusal and confirmation. If the project becomes live, it is used throughout the development to manage the finances from start through to completion.
MANAGEMENT
HAAST will become your sole point of contact for the duration of your build and will act upon your behalf. Our aim is to provide you with a stress-free experience, whilst allowing you to maintain total control throughout.
COST MANAGEMENT HAAST will actively review cash-flow and budget for every aspect of the build
TIME MANAGEMENT will be monitored tightly throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with the timeline set out at the beginning of the project
PROGRESS REPORTS clients will have full visibility of the progress of the build, managed through regular updates and site visits
CONSTRUCTION inc. post-construction.
We will work with you to ensure you get the most out of your build to the standard of finish we both expect.
PROFESSIONAL ADVICE should you wish to consult with other professional trades such as joiners, interior designers or kitchen specialists, HAAST have a number of tried and tested recommended suppliers to suit all different styles and requirements
CONSULTANT, CONTRACTOR & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT we will liaise with all consultants, contractors and trades on your behalf to ensure the smooth running of your build
Upon completion, HAAST will meet with you to ensure you are settled and satisfied in your new surrounding.
ABOUT HAAST
Charles Pattison, founder of HAAST Ltd.
Charles is a Construction Management project leader with over 13 years of residential development experience. Charles’ venture in to the building trade began when he worked for his family’s property development business in Harpenden. In a bid to expand on his knowledge and qualifications within the industry, Charles went on to study at university in Southampton where he graduated with a degree in Property Development. From here, Charles started his career working for one of the UK’s largest construction companies, where he was Project Manager for multi-million-pound residential developments within some of London’s most affluent areas; Kensington, Covent Garden and Wimbledon, to name a few.
In 2019, Charles became the director and founder of HAAST Ltd, on the grounds of providing a personalised project management service across Hertfordshire and North London. It is Charles’ passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality developments that sets him apart from other construction companies.
